- Shipping, Delivery, and Transit Framework
We facilitate the transit of our wall tapestries to European and international destinations through established priority carriage networks, cooperating with premium international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority Services).
Estimated Transit Window: Standard delivery to European destinations typically spans 7 to 12 business days following order dispatch.
Automated Milestone Notifications: To maintain operational transparency, our system transmits automated tracking communications directly to the email address provided at checkout. These notifications are dispatched at critical intervals, including initial dispatch, arrival at primary sorting hubs, and local delivery assignment.
Delays & Carrier Interventions: In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard transit timeframe, we will immediately initiate a formal inquiry with the respective carrier. Depending on the verifiable outcome of the carrier review, we will arrange either a complete refund of the order value or dispatch a replacement item.
- Transfer of Risk and Ownership
In absolute conformity with European consumer protection standards, the risk of loss or damage to the items remains with Tapestrybinco throughout the transit process. The legal risk of damage, loss, or ownership transfers to you only when you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. - Statutory Right of Withdrawal (European 14-Day Returns)
If you reside within the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess a statutory right to withdraw from this contract without assigning any reason.
Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date on which you, or your designated third party, takes physical possession of the physical product.

- Damaged, Defective, or Non-Conforming Items
We stand behind the quality of our decorative textile items. If a product arrives with structural flaws, imperfections, or damage sustained prior to receipt, you are entitled to a remedy.
Notification Protocol: Please contact our support team via wall@tapestrybinco.com within 14 days of receipt, providing your order details along with clear photographic evidence illustrating the specific defect or damage.
Resolution: Upon verification of the photographic evidence, we will process either a complete order refund or dispatch a replacement item. No return of the damaged item is required. You are not obligated to incur the expense or inconvenience of shipping defective components back to our facility.
- Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms, along with all operational interactions and sales contracts initiated through www.tapestrybinco.com, are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any formal disputes, interpretations, or legal claims arising directly out of these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Singapore. This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing within the European Union of the mandatory protections afforded to them by the laws of their country of habitual residence.
